My dear Martha -
I could copy and paste everyone's comments. They are all great. What is so wonderful about this site is that you have sympathy, support, encouragement and lov…heart of gold. Please know you are loved and supported by me and all the others you have helped along the way.
Please know you are in my prayers and that I love you!

Believe me--there are many "Chucks" even in the world of socialized medicine!

And here's a little more comment...breathe deeply, meditate, you will be well and strong, and fight those insurance bastards as if they were the cancer (maybe they are). Don't let your "civic duty" get in the way of your healing. Schedule your procedure the soonest that you can, and no bad thoughts! We're with you all the way!

I have met many a "Chuck" in my time, so I can understand your frustration. I cannot understand how people can be so unconcerned in dealing with a situation like yours. What is happening to our society? Anyway, I wish you success in unraveling this mess.

hey mark...glad to hear that you are over that hurdle but sounds like quite the ordeal...scary in fact...I am sure that medical mistakes happen more often than we hear about...that is why we have to be vigilant with our medical team!
make sure to get your rest as you gear up for the rest of your treatment!
big hugs

I will agree with you on the raw cow milk and raw cheeses actally. And, believe it nor not, I use to make all my own breads from my own freshly ground wheat. Yep, I had my own orga…y discontinuing my healthy eating lifestyle.
I am a real firm believer in the foods we eat affect our disease possibilities. Thanks for sharing your input as well.

I said the exact same thing just this week about having cancer, not a cold. I swear one of my best friends at work's eyes roll to the back of his head whenever I talk about my canc… work, I tried twice to go back early and almost passed out. My boss kicked me out and told me to take care of myself first. So now I'm telling you to take care of yourself.

Hi friend, I'm sorry to hear about the warts, but like some of the others commented, canx jury duty and have this taken care of asap. You need to take care of yourself first, the call for jury duty will come around again. Lots of love, hugs and prayers,
Eli

If you have 17 years of service and you are vested in your pension plan you can still receive your benefit at retirement age. That cannot be taken away from you, by law.
